Zephaniah 3:17
“For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”
If you found a crumbled up a one hundred dollar bill, would it still be worth a hundred dollars? Yes! What if it was stomped on? Yes! That is correct! Crumbling, stomping, or even ripping a one hundred dollar bill does not change its value.
Dr. Tony Evans made a wonderful comparison about the one hundred dollar bill and women. I loved how he told us that no matter how tattered and battered the one hundred dollar bill is it never loses its value! That’s exactly how God sees us! We can’t alter the value that God has placed on us! Yes! That’s correct! God doesn’t allow us to declare our own value! God established our value before the foundation of the world was framed!
In our first Kingdom Woman session we learned that God declares us as women valuable to the kingdom. We learned that God is the appraiser of our lives. He places worth and value on us. Zephania 3:17 says, “For the LORD your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” He dances over us with joyful songs! Women of God we have been fearfully and wonderfully made! Psalms 139:14,
Yesterday I challenged the women to make this proclamation! “I believe what God says about me”. Declare that to yourself! My cousin Prophet Durale Lamont Kenner has a saying that I love! He says, “Everything that God has said about me has to happen”! Declare that over your life today and every day!
Chrystal Evans Hurst encouraged us to stop comparing ourselves to other women!! Not all women wear stilettos! I can only admire women who can wear those high stilettos, I’d break my neck if I tried to wear them! LOL! Listen!!! Stilettos are not required! 😀 LOL As women we tend to compare ourselves to other women! I shared with the class that, while I admire women who wear stilettos, or have great success, I realized years ago that I could never walk in the shoes that God intended for someone else! I’m totally okay with where God has me right now, although I desire to better, I take comfort in knowing that stilettos are not necessary!
There were so many great nuggets that we gained from Kingdom Woman on yesterday! There are just too many to share in this blog! I highly encourage every woman to get this book and read it! I have also included the link to the video to Kingdom Woman session one conducted by Dr. Tony Evans down below. Ladies, please accept what God has said about you! Please know as women that we are valuable to God and that He has divine purpose for us in His kingdom. Don’t let anyone depreciate what God has already appraised!
Blessings
